Shipping, Returns & General information
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Southern Land creatives offers domestic shipping to Australian residents only. Shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items you wish to purchase. These items may be delivered by Sendle, Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Please note that all orders posted will be sent with authority to leave at premises unless the customer personally requests otherwise. Please reach out via email if you do not wish for your order to be left on premises.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 4 days of full payment. Please note that personalised items will take longer to dispatch depending on the nature of the item. Please read full product descriptions for further information. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Please allow for potential shipping delays when there are natural disasters or spikes in COVID-19 related incidents. If you have any concerns regarding damaged or lost orders please contact us at southernlandcreatives@outlook.com. We will endeavour to assist you in resolving the query with the courier company. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of www.southernlandcreatives.com.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
www.southernlandcreatives.com handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment.
Earrings and polymer clay products come with care instructions. Please adhere to these instructions to ensure longevity of your product. No refunds or replacements will be given due to care negligence.
All refunds are made at the discretion of www.southernlandcreatives.com.
Please note; Some of my products contain small parts that are a choking hazard. Keep away from children and pets.

Due to the handmade nature of my items, there may be small differences between products and or slight imperfections. I try my absolute best to ensure that your products are made with care and are of high quality. Should you be unhappy with your handmade product, please contact me via email to discuss your concerns.
I try my best to provide accurate images of each items colour. Due to different device screen settings colours may appear slightly different when you receive your item. Please take this into consideration before purchasing an item.
