How does it work?

  • Duration: 2 hours

  • Group size: Minimum 6 children, maximum 12

  • Ages: 6 to 10 years (older if desired)

1. Creative Craft Activity (approx. 45 minutes)
Children begin with a themed craft activity, which is a great time for snacks. A fridge is available on site for your convenience. You are also welcome to order party platters from Brady’s Hotel next door, which is just a short walk away.

2. Potion Making (approx. 30–45 minutes)
Once the craft is complete, children move on to the potion-making portion of the party, enjoying lots of fizzing and bubbling as ingredients are mixed and explored through guided imaginative play.

3. Cake & Celebration (20–30 minutes)
The final part of the party is set aside for cake, celebrating, and winding down.

Ingredient Safety & Supervision

Our potion parties use a carefully selected mix of child-safe, non-toxic ingredients, including citric acid, bicarbonate of soda, water, mica powders, and dried botanicals. All materials are chosen for their suitability in a supervised creative environment.
There are many table props that come with each theme. This contributes to the overall theme of the party and creates a great opportunity for unique photos. Feel free to encourage invitees to dress up to add to the magic.

At least one adult is required to assist with supervision during the party.

For now kids parties are available to book Friday afternoons from 4pm to 6pm Saturday afternoons from 2:30pm-4:30 pm and Sunday mornings 10am to 12pm.

As demand grows Saturday mornings will open up.
